NASA Lunabotics College Recruitment Event

Populating a pipeline of students who pursue a STEM based education/career is of the utmost importance to NASA.  Hence, the agency would like to use Lunabotics (visit NASA for more information about Lunabotics) as a venue to connect high school students with the vast number of STEM programs available at the Universities/Colleges competing in this event.  We would like to invite your university/college to participate in this recruitment fair, free of charge.

The fair will occur on Saturday, May 26, 2012 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm. Approximately 200 Students from the FIRST Robotics teams are expected to attend.  In addition, local high school students interested in a STEM undergraduate degree will also be invited to participate.  These students typically have a high level of aptitude and ambition in STEM, because they grew up in a community whose economy is linked to the Kennedy Space Center and advanced technology.

All Universities/Colleges that participate in the fair will be provided with an 8 x 10 booth to staff representatives and distribute information.
