Welcome to Secor Strategies

Secor Strategies, LLC is a small business located in Titusville, Florida - which is next to the NASA Kennedy Space Center. Our motto is “we find it, we write it, we help you manage it!” Translated this means we help universities, non-profits, and small businesses find funding opportunities. We accomplish this by constantly searching data sources and leveraging our network of professional contacts.

Next, we use our expertise to write winning proposals and applications in response to these opportunities. This step is often preceded by recruiting the right supporters and partners needed to help a proposal succeed.

Lastly, we bring the experience to the table that motivates our clients to include us as part of the management team within a proposal.

We have win-win philosophy – we believe that our path to long-term success is best achieved by winning new business opportunities together with our clients.

The staff members at Secor Strategies, LLC possess substantial experience in working with several different federal agencies. We have submitted proposals to, partnered with, and/or operated programs for: NASA, the Department of Defense, the Department of Labor, The Small Business Administration, and the National Veterans Corporation. In addition to federal agencies, the staff has also worked with the State of Florida, the Manufacturing Extension Partnership, the Florida Institute of Technology, Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, and a multitude of economic development organizations.
